The mission of White River Health System is to treat patients with a variety of diseases and health conditions. It is the system’s policy to provide equal opportunity to everyone regardless of age, race, colour, creed, sex, disability or status (from the perspective of qualified individuals…). However, this policy has recently been put into motion for the hiring of handicapped individuals. In other words, anyone who requires special consideration because of physical disabilities is considered for consideration for white river health system jobs.
According to the white river health system policy, certified nursing assistants (CNA’s) and licensed practical nurses (LPN’s) can be hired by the white river health system in the capacity of clinical nurse specialists, primary care physicians, and specialty physicians. They can also work as medical transcriptionists, office managers/administrative assistants, and bookkeepers. If one so chooses, they can also become a full-time employee and hold their white river health system jobs as their full-time profession. The system wants to employ such individuals so that they can offer special services and care to handicapped individuals.
In order to serve white river health system patients, several healthcare service delivery units are located in the state of Arkansas. These units are located in four regions of the state: the white river health system ark, the white river health system hospital, the white river health system outpatient care centers, and the northern part of the state. The four healthcare service delivery units are the following:
The white river health system Ark has twenty-one hospitals including one cancer ward. It is also home to two ambulatory surgical centers and one long term care facility. The hospital staff consists of eighty-two doctors including seven pediatricians. There are eleven departments in the Ark that house six hundred and seventy beds. All these beds are for acute care.
The white river health system Ark has three inpatient nursing facilities. These include the Ark Assisted Living facility, the Ark convalescent home, and the Ark rehabilitation center. All these healthcare services are focused on providing quality patient care with emphasis on healthcare management and nursing education and development.
The white river health system ark has twenty-one doctor offices and clinics in eighteen counties in the state of Arkansas. The clinics and offices are located in cities and towns in Arkansas. Many of these doctor offices and clinics are part of the integrated healthcare delivery system that coordinates with other healthcare centers. This system includes health maintenance organizations, government agencies, private insurance companies, and community organizations.
The white river health system offers a complete range of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services. Services offered include detoxification, pharmacy, doctor on call, doctor on staff, dental care, eye exams, emergency room, physician referral, physician education and training, mental health, family healthcare, pediatric services, optometry, physical therapy, podiatry, hearing aid, pharmacy technician services, psychotherapy, sleep therapy, and spa services. There are also outpatient care programs under the umbrella of the Arkansas Behavioral Health System. These programs include inpatient detoxification services, outpatient drug treatment, inpatient treatment for alcohol and drug abuse, smoking cessation, and family therapies.
Patients who need an inpatient treatment will have to travel five miles to the Arkansas behavioral health center from their home or place of employment. This patient shuttle service takes patients directly to the psychiatric unit, psych floors, and other treatment areas of the Arkansas behavioral health system. The cost of the patient shuttle service is one tenth the cost of an inpatient stay at the white river health system. The white river health system is fully licensed and accredited by the state of Arkansas and has received accreditation from Medicare and Medicaid. The white river health system is fully equipped to provide all the necessary inpatient and outpatient healthcare services that a patient may need.
Lehigh Valley’s premier cardiac rehabilitation program is provided through the White River Health System
The mission of the White River Health System (WRT) is to ensure the highest level of medical care and a high standard of patient care for all. It is the long-term policy of White River Health System (WRH) to offer equal employment opportunity irrespective of race, sex, age, color, age, status, orientation, sex or disability. The philosophy of WRT is that all patients in the system should be provided with equal access to medical services. Treatment procedures, equipment, and other factors of the facility should be the same for all patients irrespective of their background. In addition, all staff members of the WRH must follow the same policies and core principles as those of the hospital.
The philosophy behind the principles of the white river health system is that healthcare needs to be a top priority of people regardless of their background, race, ethnic or religious affiliation. Therefore, all staff members are expected to uphold high ethical standards and values. All healthcare delivery programs must promote wellness and build resilience. In addition, staff must understand the clinical necessity of patient education and must have the capability to provide comprehensive information in the areas of medication, diagnosis, treatments and procedures, as well as referrals to appropriate complementary and alternative medicine.
The white river health system works closely with hospitals that also participate in the comprehensive healthcare delivery system. This ensures that when patients need to undergo care at a hospital that is part of the WRH system they will receive the same quality of care that patients would receive in a primary care doctor’s office. In addition, all patients receive inpatient care when they meet their healthcare delivery’s need.
As part of the health system behavioral health, the WLH ensures that patients are able to maintain personal budgets, track and evaluate their health status and manage their own medication and healthcare needs. As an added value, the WLH encourages families to take responsibility for their own health. This involves encouraging patients to monitor their own behaviors and health, as well as monitoring their financial situation. This will help families develop healthy money management habits. As a result, families are better able to control their healthcare costs. Additionally, the health system behavioral health ensures that when families do receive healthcare services, they receive the same high quality care that any patient would receive in a primary care doctor’s office.
As a part of the white river health system, the primary care physicians play an important role in the delivery of healthcare. In particular, the doctors work with patients on a regular basis to determine what their individual healthcare needs are and then meet these needs in a manner that is consistent with the patient’s expectations. In order to be an eligible patient under the white river health system, patients must have their medical histories documented. In addition, all patients in the white river health system are required to undergo a medical screening.
The medical centers provide a number of different options for those patients who require additional services and are outside of the primary care physician’s office. In addition to the inpatient admissions, outpatient services are available at the medical center. This allows patients to be seen by a specialist quickly and efficiently.
The heart disease, cancer and diabetes programs offer treatment for patients with these ailments. Inpatient rehabilitation services are offered in several different locations including the White River Medical Center, located in Ardmore, PA. Patients can be seen for rehabilitation in an outpatient setting or in a medical center. The medical center offers four different levels of care. Patients may choose to go to the inpatient rehabilitation unit for their treatment or they may want to be treated in the wellness center on the premises. Those who may need to stay in the hospital during the rehabilitation process can be seen at the Whiting River Healthcare System’s Women’s Health Center in Ardmore.
The White River Health System also partners with the Lehigh Valley Heart Association for cardiac rehabilitation. This is a great program because it will give the patient a chance to learn how to control their cardiac arrest during the rehabilitation process. It is also a great learning opportunity for the doctors and nurses at the WHS. All of this allows the patients to remain in one place so that the physicians can monitor their progress and get immediate feedback from the nursing staff and the rehabilitation therapists.
